|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept credit (and debit) card payment online and in the shop. If you shop with us online, you are transferred to Nochex's secure system during checkout, so your details are kept very safe. (We don't see them!). If you have a Paypal account, there is an option to use that instead.
If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency).
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling Obviously many of the items we sell are very bulky and delicate. The customer's destination makes a huge difference to the availability and cost of delievry options. We've tried to automate the pricing as much as possible but if you think the better options exist, please do get in touch.|
|Delivery Schedule Items are only advertised if in stock, so oders can normally be fulfilled quickly. Please get in touch if you want a specific delivery lead-time.|
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|
|Tax Charges We are no longer registered for VAT so no VAT is chargable on your order.|
|Credit Card Security We've structured the payment process to be as secure as possible for our customers. Rather than take your card details oursleves during the checkout process, you are instead transferred to a professional payment services provider. We have chosen to use Nochex to process our payments. We don't see your card details. The money just turns-up in our account.|
|Guarantee We try very hard to ensure happy customers. When we sell through the shop we most often provide a long guarantee for peace of mind, which is included in the price. Because the website allows us to sell all over the UK (and indeed the world), it is often not possible to provide the same guarantees. Prices are therefore lower on the website, and local customers have the opportunity to buy the guarantee separately.|
