|Our verdict on this title : 9/10|
Bob Gardner has 'self-published' this book, based on his work which was previoulsy only available on CD format. It is a very accomplished product but the quality of the photos and layout falls slightly short of most professionally published titles. BUT, it is a great effort and is the only book on the subject.
If you are contemplating buying a RAF Sector clock and you have the slightest doubt about the dealer (and you should be very wary), then you MUST buy this book before buying. All RAF clocks are increasing in value very quickly, and there are many fakers trying to take advantage. It will be the best £59 you could possibly invest.

By popular demand our old CD book on the History of RAF Clocks has been completely revised and updated, and is now printed in hard-backed book format. This 300 page book is in full colour format with over 340 illustrations.
The Journal of the British Horological Institute said: "This excellent book is now published as a hardback, lavish publication on art paper. The history of RAF Sector Clocks is particularly well dealt with and the book is the definitive work"
