A History of Clocks in the RAF Condition: BRAND NEW Signed by the Author Published by the Author, Bob Gardner P&P in UK £ 8.40 (actual cost, signed for) See note on combined postage on the 'books' page Price: £59.00 OUT OF STOCK
Our verdict on this title : 9/10 Bob Gardner has 'self-published' this book, based on his work which was previoulsy only available on CD format. It is a very accomplished product but the quality of the photos and layout falls slightly short of most professionally published titles. BUT, it is a great effort and is the only book on the subject. If you are contemplating buying a RAF Sector clock and you have the slightest doubt about the dealer (and you should be very wary), then you MUST buy this book before buying. All RAF clocks are increasing in value very quickly, and there are many fakers trying to take advantage. It will be the best £59 you could possibly invest.
