Description of the item
A very good value Georgian Style Bracket clock in a Golden Oak case. English made, the twin fusee movement strikes the hours on a heavy gong.
Dimensions: Overall diameter approx 16" tall, 11.25" wide, 8" deep (all are maximum sizes).

Information about the maker
The clock appears to be unsigned, but we can tell it is English made, probably in the last quarter of the 19th C (c1880).

Condition Report
In good clean condition and good running order. One of the wooden moulding below the dial might have been replaced many years ago - the finish is just less glossy. All the remaining components are original. We took the clock in a part exchange deal from a local collector and it was in daily use. We have not touched-it, hence the bargain price.
