| Condition Report
Fully prepared for sale in excellent order. We have a photographic record to show the condition prior to restoration, but basically only the 'verre eglomise' (panel to the hood) and the feet have been replaced. The eglomise panel was painted perfectly by Robert Loomes' staff to an original pattern (details available). The silvering on the dial is a little discoloured and can be redone if desired. Excellent patination to the case, which was brought back to life with hand waxing (not repolished). |
