Dark mahogany case with a wides surround, 8-day chain-driven fusee movement, and 'fancy' hands. |

| Information about the maker Partridge is not listed in the books so may have been the retailer. We have found an old advertisement from him dated 1901. We estimate this clock was made c1890.

| Condition Report The clock is in very good condition and ready for sale. The painted 12" iron dial has been professionally repainted to a very high standard. (These clocks often suffer corrosion between the iron dial and the brass feet, and therefore need repainting. The fusee movement has been cleaned and oiled. Brass bezel (orig) is a little tired but does little to spoil this lovely clock. |
