Our range of Barographs for sale A barograph is an aneroid barometer that records a week's changes in barometric pressure on a paper chart. Barographs use several aneroid cells (Vidie-cans) to move the recording arm which has, at its end, an inked nib. The paper chart is wrapped around a clockwork driven drum, making one full turn in 7 days.
They are usually in oak or mahogany cases, with glazed sides. The better models have bevelled glasses and a drawer below to store the charts.
We offer a carefully selected stock of barographs, all restored to the highest standard.
All the items are available for viewing and we can offer a local delivery and set-up service. Customers from further afield and asked to get in touch to discuss delivery options. Please click on the photos to view more details & photographs of each clock |
