Description of the item This is a friendly little 'cottage' grandfather / longcase clock. It has a pretty painted face, and is only approx 6' 7" tall. The oak case is has mahogany and rosewood trims.
The movement is a '30 hour' which is designed to be wound every day. (You simply open the door and pull down on the chain). It strikes the hours on a loud bell. The movement can be modified to stop the striking.

Condition Report In really great condition. The case has been repolished and is very clean and complete. The dial is in excellent condition. The movement is in good working order. We haven't overhauled-it as it appears to have been done recently.
